Skitori Dominion

The skitori have developed into 4 unique casts, each cast is capable of manipulating a different basic element.

The country is unified and rejoices under there differences, each one assisting and making up for the weaknesses of the others.

The skitori Dominion is segmented into 4 distinct clans; The Watra, The firek, The Ernok, And the Altros. Each clan is based around a specific elements and every citizen is gifted in the control of there clans element, if even barely. Anybody born with a general grasp of the elements is quickly phased into the military for training at a young age (typically 5-8 yrs), from there they train until they can enforce local laws, or fight in the army

Despite the comradery and closeness, clans often seek out similar clansmen to live near, and each clan is responsible for a different aspect of there civilization.

The Watra, Gifted of the water, are fluid and flexible like water. They often live near coasts and lakes, fishing or sailing for the empire. The watra are also the most socially gifted, and often become politicians and beurocrats.

The Fir-ek
The gifted of fire, They are passionate and intense like the fires that fuel them, The only clan whos sole purpose is to provide military personnel, as well as to man and operate all forges and smelting.

The Erneg
The gifted of earth, these are the engineers and laborers. The hardiest and stockiest of the Skitori, they tend to the farms, build cities, and acquire resources for the skitori dominion.

The Altros
|The gifted of Air, The most nomadic and artistic of the Skitori, they provide entertainment and manage the societal happiness of the skitori. The Altors also manage transportation for teh skitori, wether it be people or supplies.

The skitori are heavily invested into slave trading, they deem tasks that slaves can do to trivial for there god given elemental powers. Skitori will never slave another skitori, and actively try to free them.

All clans contribute to the military, filing a multitude of specialty and general roles.

The skitori are typically ruled by a singular leader, the shaper. Capable of manipulation each of the 4 main elements he guides his people and shapes their future.
