Pandemonium

Pandemonium is a place of eternal battle. There has never been peace in any area. Every inhabitant is almost mindless, only able to do the necessities (eating, sleeping, etc) and fight. All battles are fueled by malice, hatred, and the desire to bring suffering to others. Pandemonium is pervaded by the stench of blood, sweat, and corpses. Most of Pandemonium is in ruins, except for the armories and fortresses. Some might call Pandemonium hell, and they’re not too far from the truth.

War's Kingdom

In Pandemonium, everything is bartered, because it's "more interesting that way" (according to War). There are no coins, no diamonds. You have nothing but your possessions.
