Based on the Roman Spartan culture

Food: Everything; has trades with other Kuvans however everything has a price
Drink: Water, wine
Music: Chorus, singing - mainly in the prisoner camps or in the soldiers barracks
Building: On the main Island - this is for show for trading with other Kuvans - simple bungalow homes and wood/stone buildings
On the prisoners island - Groups of carved barracks, built like a fortress/prison with underground cells. Those that live there live in stone slab hovels.
Clothes: Leather, metal - roman/Sparta
Warriors: ruthless, liars, cheats, devious. They are more like mercenaries. S'Daara once taught them how to turn into Dragons but now that magic has been lost so they have more dragons than any other kuvan but due to inbreeding the dragons are weaker, smaller etc.
Government: Ruled by the Kuvan leader (S'Daara) then through her right hand man. No mercy for disrespecting/questioning/disobeying authority.
