Herbs for Rota

(Complete) Rota is running a little low on Kingsfoot, a flowering herb that grows near the sea cliffs. The bright pink flowers are intensely poisonous, but the tender green leaves, when boiled, produce a tea that can soothe even magically-inflicted throat damage and restore lost speech. Drinking it regularly also provides some resistance to the poison of the flowers and similar toxins, which according to Rota are a common defense mechanism for creatures of the southern forests.
