Icarus' Wings

This item, designed by Juliette Dubois, consists of a thin rectangular box strapped to a leather harness. When worn by a humanoid, the box lies flush against the spine.

When activated, the box expands into a set of construct wings formed by fine metallic feathers. If the wearer falls, the wings reduce the creature's rate of descent to 60 feet per round. The wings can also propel the wearer while underwater, at a speed of 50 feet per round.

It is currently owned and worn by Icarus.
