Though looking normal, just tiny, on a DC 15 check it is revealed to be more, either by shimmering slightly in the light, or by recalling a specific piece of lore, or by pure intuition. It is one-use only and will disappear after being invoked.

Lewel is called and helps those who called through Creation, by using the marble. It grows and turns into a globe of a small world. Lewel shares this creation with allies, fully restoring them and temporarily stuns enemies.
