Essence of Time

A mini hourglass.

Though looking normal, just tiny, on a DC 15 check it is revealed to be more, either by shimmering slightly in the light, or by recalling a specific piece of lore, or by pure intuition. It is one-use only and will disappear after being invoked.

Horaikas is called and helps those who called through Time, by using the hourglass. It grows and Horaikas flips it over, reversing ill effects affecting allies and passing them along to enemies.
