Though looking normal, just tiny, on a DC 15 check it is revealed to be more, either by shimmering slightly in the light, or by recalling a specific piece of lore, or by pure intuition. It is one-use only and will disappear after being invoked.

Ietn is called and helps those who called through Water, by using the bowl. It grows and water begins to pour and flood. Ietn uses gentle water with allies, fully restoring them. Ietn uses rough water with enemies, thrashing them about and temporarily incapacitating them.
