Though looking normal, just tiny, on a DC 15 check it is revealed to be more, either by shimmering slightly in the light, or by recalling a specific piece of lore, or by pure intuition. It is one-use only and will disappear after being invoked.

Tonanos is called and helps those who called through the Arts, by using the violin. It grows and Tonanos begins to play a melody of healing, fully restoring allies and temporarily entrancing enemies.
