Though looking normal, just tiny, on a DC 15 check it is revealed to be more, either by shimmering slightly in the light, or by recalling a specific piece of lore, or by pure intuition. It is one-use only and will disappear after being invoked.

Amiorty is called and helps those who called through Balance, by using the scale. It grows and the balance tips, fully restoring allies and temporarily incapacitating enemies.
