Dorothy is a 1940's jazz singer well was, she's dead now, she possessed the Mustang years ago, she looks after Richter and knows more about him than any other person that doesn't work for S.I.E.D. Richter keeps her company driving her from place to place, he looks after her and makes sure she's well maintained. She looks after him basically as a backseat driver making sure he never crashes and sometimes letting him sleep at the wheel while she drives.

Dorothy has her own rules too, no food inside her, no backseat car sex, no changing the paint job, car washes are fun, no mods or anything unless it's for repairs.
