When firing an arrow into the sky, the string and detailing on the bow light up fiercely, infusing the arrow with powerful magic. When fired, the arrow blackens the sky and causes an enormous storm to take form, up to five miles around. The storm can be of shards of ice, small fireballs, or lightning. Expending a large number of charges allows the wielder to cast more powerful spells, including Meteor Swarm.
