A council of the strongest deities

Each of the Olympians are accountable to the others, if one is deemed unworthy to lead, the rest of the Olympians will vote them off the council.(has never happened)

They are the strongest deities by a lot. No other deity could stop them.

The Olympians at the top, soldiers keep the peace at a low level.
The Olympians make all governmental decisions, no matter how insignificant.

Very standard law system, like the U.S.
Crime is almost non-existent due to the fact that there is no poverty.

Life, unless dethroned.

Very harsh. Anything above a misdemeanor is punishable by death.

Defeat one of the Olympians in single combat to replace them.

They love the Olympians, everyone wants to be them. They are heroes to the public.

They fear them. Olympus destroys any planet that they consider a threat to their power.

Very standard, the government very rarely interferes in the lives of their citizens.
