Changeling Council

The basic government of the people of the Borderlands. It was developed in part by Mace, Iluma, and Corvo and its main prospect is to have a variety of opinions on issues that plague the lands.

Voted in Council members, they are not paid more for their service and positions are voluntary.

The people's faith in its members, should a vast majority of the populace decide to, the member will be replaced with someone new.

Corvo is the head of the council and Iluma and Mace take up secondary positions. Victor and Sera are often missing but they act more as balances for bigger issues.

Founded by a group of changeling nobles, exiled from their own homes in the Wicca and Fae territories, they sought out to unite other outcasts such as themselves under one banner. It was established very early on that the council will always contain at least two members of perfect half and half blood lines. The remainder of the council, about 8 members, will be variations of bloodlines.
