Tomato Chicken and Rice

You'll Need The Following

• 6 chicken breasts


• 1 tablespoon of paprika


• 3 tablespoons of Muy Thai sauce (or another spicy sauce)


• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce


• 1 tablespoon of garlic powder


• 3 tablespoons of olive oil


• 1 onion, chopped


• 1 can of diced tomatoes


• 2 tablespoons of minced garlic


• 2 tablespoons of ketchup


• 18oz of tomato paste


• 2 Knorr rice sides, Spanish Rice flavored


• 2 cups of chicken stock

Cooking Instructions

1. Cut each chicken breast into quarters and put them in a bowl.


2. Mix together the paprika, Muy Thai sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and olive oil. Pour the mixture ove the chicken and mix well to coat all the pieces.


3. Put the chicken in a pan and cook 8-10 minutes per side depending on how thick your chicken pieces are.


4. While the chicken is cooking chop up the onion and set it aside.


5. Mix the tomatoes, minced garlic, ketchup, and tomato paste together and set that aside too.


6. Once the chicken is done remove it from the pan and put the onions in there, using the excess liquid to cook the onions through until they're cooked through.


7. Now add everything back; the chicken, the tomato mix, the rice sides, and the chicken stock.


8. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes then eat and enjoy!
