2 tablespoons olive oil
3 medium onions, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 large carrots, diced
4 large celery stalks, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons dried dill
12 cups chicken stock
4 cups chicken bone broth
4 cups shredded cooked chicken
1½ cups bow tie pasta
In a large stockpot over medium heat, heat the olive oil, then add the onions and garlic.
Cook until the onions are translucent, about 10 minutes.
Add the carrots and celery and cook another 10 minutes.
Add the salt, pepper, dill, stock, broth, and chicken.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the pasta and simmer another 10 minutes.
Serve hot, to dragons or people.
