Athreos

When Digimon die, their data must pass into the Dark Area. The pale god Athreos is their guide, ferrying the dead to their ultimate rest. Silent, bent, and tattered, he patiently fulfills his role. Though he is as much a god as any on the Council, Athreos has declined membership, opting instead to serve as a guide to the deceased mortals of Saga. Worshipers of Athreos are travelers and wanderers, those who stand apart from normal society on its outskirts.
