Roxco is part of a series of minor gods, her powers relating to plant life.

Specifically control of plant life; trees to flowers, grasses to bushes, fungi to moss, and everything in between. Roxco could bend it to her bidding, making her a favored deity for druids and other nature-abiding individuals as well as gardeners, farmers, and florists just to name a few.
