Diona likes to watch over the Fae revelries, but that's as far as she goes for interaction. Some Fae speculates she has come to revelry in human form before, and she has. She does not take the time to take pity on humans. She doesn't take time to cause them misfortune either. She doesn't care for them much, but the Fae have had her attention for decades.
She is the sister of Cannenta. The two never got along, and Diona was punished by having to live amongst the humans for a century. She did but found comfort around the Fae. Cannenta begged for Diona back, and her father did bring her back, but she had to keep her human body. With that, she could walk from her place high above to Onia and join the humans whenever she wished to.
