Goldbill
Bird
A bright race of birds that migrate with the sunlight with each day.
By reflecting the sun into its attackers' eyes with its bright gold, sparkling beak
Goldbills migrate westward every day, circling the world in a race against the sun. This migratory pattern stems from attempting to maximize time spent in the daylight, and Goldbills can be found exhausted and unconscious during the night, when they can no longer beat the day's rotation. Luckily, sunrise almost always wakes them up anew in the morning and they begin their worldly travels again.
