Similar to Sapphire, Shawn let's his emotions control his powers and being that he is controlled by ice, this can be very deadly. Shawn primarily uses his black ice but has he gets angry, the ice will become extremely cold and can kill you with a single spear of ice to your heart. Along with his ice powers this also gives him the power to work with any liquid and turn it solid. As for his werewolf counterpart, Ty'Keez (Shawns hair and eyes will turn brown when Ty makes his presence known) They get along pretty well, they are able to use each others powers and make it seem like its natural. Ty's powers are mainly speed, smell, agility, endurance, strength, and taste
