The curse was sent by their mother, who, yet again angered by (something they haven't done) Liljar, throw them out of their house.

The key to break these kind of curses is to understand they're something that goes over the jinxed: only the person who threw the curse has to break it - it's their problem.
So, the jinxed never had to be- or feel cursed in the first place.

Hera's Wrath:
this curse isn't something you deserve, it's not given to you for a purpose: it's a proper curse, sent to you by someone that wanted to hurt you.
Liljar's curse in particular has the power to banish them from their home AND making them be silent.
