Voice of All Things: With Rachel being a Three-Eye, she has awakened her third eye and can hear thoughts of animals and inanimate objects. However, she can't command animals.
Luck Energy Manipulation: Thanks to her devil fruit, the Fortune-Fortune Fruit, she can manipulate good and/or bad luck. But she needs to hold an item that represents good or bad luck (e.g. a four-leaf clover, a broken mirror.) for her power to work.
Weapon Proficiency: Other than her daggers and switchblade shoes, she can use any weapon available.
Enhanced Combat: Rachel can effectively fight many enemies. She has gained this because she sparred with Cavendish and/or Hakuba.
Enhanced Agility: Rachel can dodge attacks easily and do amazing stunts. She has gained this because she sparred with Cavendish and/or Hakuba.
Dagger Proficiency: Rachel can wield her daggers well. She gained this proficiency when she fought Hakuba.
Switchblade Shoes Proficiency: She can fight with blades hidden in her shoes. She gained this proficiency when she fought Hakuba.
Power Legs: Rachel uses leg combat with her switchblade shoes for an extra offense.
Rachel is witty and shrewd as she has mastery over her devil fruit and uses it to a great extent. She's also agile and flexible with weapons. Rachel is stern; she hates idle actions and wants to take things seriously, but she can have some leisure, especially during nights. Rachel can't handle people who don't have a sense of decency, especially perverts. She tends to be brutally honest to the point she accidentally became insensitive and rude. Rachel is also insecure about her third eye that she hides it with hair when she's talking to strangers.
She's motivated to cure Cavendish's split personality disorder.
Rachel speaks from her mind, so she tends to be brutally honest. She speaks in a stern and a bit snarky tone and sometimes a relaxed tone.
Rachel’s hobbies are long walks at night and collecting lucky charms.

August 13
An unnamed island in the New World.
She studied a medical degree when she was a young adult.
She was born on an island where she’s the only member of the Three-Eye Tribe. Later on in her adulthood, pirates attacked her village. The Beautiful Pirates came and save the island. She was always curious about what’s beyond the sea, so she asked Cavendish, the captain, to let her join the crew. He asked what she can do for the crew, Rachel replied, “I’m a doctor and psychiatrist.” Cavendish was interested in her profession. With that, the Beautiful Pirates gained a new member.
Rachel asked Cavendish why he let her join, stating that her job isn’t that useful for a pirate crew. Cavendish replied that he has a dangerous split personality that appears when he sleeps and he needed to be helped to deal with his sleep disorders. Rachel is willing to help her patient that is her captain.
A few days later, the Beautiful Pirates stopped by a town to buy some supplies. Rachel bought two daggers, a belt to hold daggers, and a pair of switchblade shoes. She needed them after what she witnessed those nights. After she bought her items, Rachel needs to find Cavendish who is constantly looking for attention, when she saw a rush of wind. She knew what was happening. Rachel stopped Hakuba by using her devil fruit, the Luck-Luck Fruit. She jinxed him, stopping his rampage and dragged him on the ship.
Many nights, she and Hakuba battle to stop him from hurting her other crewmates. Cavendish then wakes up with wounds and cuts, with Rachel sleep-deprived. She was stumped with Cavendish’s disorder, he already has therapy to reduce his narcolepsy and sleepwalking but Hakuba seems to take over without needing Cavendish to fall asleep. They’ve discussed issues that Cavendish has to lower the chance of his alter ego from emerging, but that didn’t work too. Then a thought clicked in her, she didn’t ask him if he experiences a traumatic event during childhood. Rachel asked Cavendish if he experienced a traumatizing event when he was a child, Cavendish replied “No.” From that, she was left with more questions than answers. Cavendish was concerned about her mental health and he will try to control his alter ego.
One night, Rachel heard grunts and desperate breathing. She checked it out and it shocked her that it was Cavendish, trying to control Hakuba. Cavendish kept asking his alter ego why does he appear even though his sleep problems and personal issues were resolved, Hakuba replied, “I wanted to spend time with her but you’re always in the spotlight!” Rachel was stunned, no, flabbergasted, that Hakuba, a bloodthirsty killing machine that will attack anyone, wanted to be friends with her.
Days passed and Rachel asked Cavendish something. She wanted to talk to Hakuba but Cavendish stated it’s a bad idea. Rachel insists, then his alter ego appears in front of her. Rachel asked, “You said you wanted to hang out with me, didn’t you?”. From that, Rachel and Hakuba became friends, sparring each other, spending their time at night in glowing cities. And to some extent, Cavendish also became friends with Rachel.
