She has four limbs, which as of result due to having two chest plates, leaves her with two pairs of breast - the bottom pair much smaller than the top. Underneath the one side of her are three smaller eyes and on the other side of her face, crossing lopsided halfway into her normal, is a longer mouth. As mentioned, she has heterochromia in her main eyes with black schlera and her fingernails are black as well. The second set of arms, the bottom pair, are often hidden within her poncho.

She doesn't know that it's a scheltopusik at first, though, asking those who come into her shop what the creature might be. Sometimes they slither on her.
