Graduated from college when he was young

Kris is a child prodigy. Growing up in a family with barely enough to live by, he knew he had to take action to support them. He zoomed through school and then went to college so he could find a job shortly afterwards, but a year before his graduation (at age six), he received the amazing ability to turn into a koala. He knew he had his chance. He went to the Animal Spies HQ shortly after graduating and has been the Head of Gadgets ever since.
