Large claw birth marks running down his snout. These marks are the reason he has the name Clawface.

He often taps his claws when he is feeling anxious or frustrated. He also makes a low snarling noise when annoyed or threatened.

He is fueled by the pain of others especially when he is causing it. He wants to take over Pride Rock more than anything although he will wait patiently until the time is right.

He gets very angry when his minions don't do as they're told. This often results in him ruthlessly killing whoever wronged him.

He is very prejudiced against chimeras and believes that they are the reason for every problem in the world. He is willing to work with them though, as long as it benefits him in the long run.

He is very proficient in melee combat as well as magical combat. He is very smart and charming, which often leads to his victim's downfall. He is a skilled writer and has published many non-fiction books about the geography and cultures of the Farlands.

He loves whittling and writing, which generally calm him down after a murderous outburst. Other than that he likes swimming, hunting, and cooking.

He is very sadistic and likes to cause pain to others. Before he became insane he was very charming and acted much like a family man.

He has a slight limp in his back left leg due to it being broken by a stallia charger two years before the events of the story.

He is an Atheist and believes that the Colossi are fake and power hungry.

He believes that he should rule Pride Rock. In his mind he would liberate all of Vistay under his rule after slaughtering the Colossi.

He is a successful writer despite being extremely sadistic and power hungry. He hides this darker side of himself by using the pen name Smallclaw.

He is highly educated in the history of Vistay as well as mathematics and science. He attended the Farlands University.

He was born in 3635 PC to wealthy primal manticores. From a young age his parents knew he had immense power that could be devastating if not controlled. He attended the Academy for the Magically Gifted until he was 13. He showed a superior intellect and was given a scholarship to attend the Farlands University at the age of 14. His parents died shortly after he graduated from the University. When he turned 24, he was doing experiments in The Tombstone's garden, and accidentally split the Farlands into 30 different floating islands. He lived peacefully, all while recruiting minions to his cause, for 10 more years. When he turned 34, he met a tiger, named Leila. They later had a child named Bigfang. Shortly after Bigfang was born, Clawface retreated back to The Tombstone, leaving his wife and son behind in Sanctuary. He has not been seen since.

His favorite kill was his first girlfriend. He told her to meet him in the woods at night, much to her surprise. When she got to the meeting spot she was all alone, and the sun was setting. He sprang out from behind a tree, tackling her to the ground. With one quick movement he ripped the top half of her skull off.
Some people believe that he killed his own parents, but that theory was never proven.
