He and his best friend were bullied really badly growing up by the other kids in their neighborhood, so badly that his friend committed suicide. He found his friend bleeding to death in his bathtub and has issues with PTSD, anxiety and depression because of it. He started attending a support group for people who have had a loved one attempt/commit suicide, that is where he met Christian. Christian decided that he was going to treat Taron like a little brother, so now when Taron needs help, Christian is on speed dial.
