Generally quiet and stoic, has high respect for those who can earn it. Hard outside, soft inside.

He has been enhanced technologically to be able to absorb, transfer, and manipulate electrical currents to an extent. He is mostly immune to any electrical shock, though high voltages still may cause him damage or send him into cardiac arrest. He is able to absorb energy from all sources around him; however, in order for him to transfer large shocks at once, he requires a greater power source.
