Sahayana Taptyrova
27
Female
Saya, Saha, Nkazi, Nkazimulo (Ratrir Name, meaning Glory)
She keeps it up commonly. Her hair is slightly wavy - not extremely, but not straight, either. The way she styles her hair can be described similarly to a short ponytail, seeing as she does have short-medium hair.
She doesn’t have anything typical she wears, generally not keeping clothing for too long and getting replacements often. Usually, she prefers warm winter clothing. Boots, jackets, warm pants, scarf and sometimes hat and gloves are more her style. They’re all a grey colour.
Sometimes she wears a uniform, but only in certain cases. As well as a helmet, but only in certain cases, again.
Well defined cheekbones. Scars raking down and across her back and side. More ‘defined’ teeth, much sharper compared to a human. A longer tongue, but not extremely long.
Athletic; tall. She’s got more muscle than a civilian, but she’s by far not the most muscular around.
Pale.
As a Ratrir, she has iron grey scales.
Ratrir - a race of reptilian in appearance (though warm blooded) creatures. Originally they rarely took on the forms of humans, but as the world began to advance and get dangerous, Ratrirs spent more time as humans as in Ratrir form they’re bigger targets.
Dark blue eyes as a human, brighter ones as a Ratrir.
40 feet from tip of snout to end of tail in Ratrir form.
172 lbs
6’5
20 feet tall as a Ratrir
Black
Grappling with foes (as a Ratrir)
Wrestling (ties into the above)

Running (either away or at something)
Tracking (I mean she’s gotta eat something...)

Saha is observant, making her points when needed. She’s persistent; a trait her species is known well for. She goes by the saying, “we forgive, but we do not forget.”
As a Ratrir, she is still..civil, but isn’t as afraid in that form, since typically others are afraid of her.
She prefers to hunt on her own. She doesn’t like to be a follower, but she doesn’t like to lead others, either. She will follow if forced, or if the options seem limited.
Saha prefers to fight at a distance as a human, often with weaponry such as guns if possible.
As a Ratrir, she gets up close and personal. However, she’s more notable for the fact that she gives little to no time for her opponents to react. Her style is fast paced and aggressive, focusing on the vital areas of her enemy or what’s most likely to incapacitate/kill.
Fighting against others of her kind, or ‘equal opponents’, she follows the same strategies, though gives more time between attacks. She might attack then dart back, circle around then try again, and again, and again.
Like all Ratrir, she can be forced to transform under extreme stress or pain.
Stares directly at whoever she’s speaking to (she doesn’t see it as rude, for Ratrir it’s common to stare without wavering at another. To look away is considered weak or childish.)
Smiles a lot, can mean multiple things.
To survive. That’s pretty much it.
Oh, and not die, or get incapitated.
Merciless, prefers not to take chances when dealing with foes (even if those chances are able to benefit her)
Lacks the same morals as most humans (meaning it can be bad for working with others, hence why she’s usually working solo)
Doesn’t work well with Ratrirs (lets just put it this way, she doesn’t work well with anyone while on a job)
Humans; while she doesn’t outwardly say “I don’t trust you” she does tread very carefully around them.
Fishing, relaxing by herself
Singing when she feels like it
Collecting ‘treasure’ or ‘souvenirs’
Writing
Ratrirs are able to survive without heads for around 6 months (referring to how Saha would not like to be incapacitated in her motivations)
They do not regenerate heads unless genetically engineered to be like that, which no one really wants to do that since most Ratrirs that have been engineered in that way end up being ‘feral.’
They can survive with just 25% of their body mass, and they can also still be alive while effectively braindead as long as blood is still pumping in their body (they fully regenerate the brain if the head is attached within 24 hours, so eg if Saha’s brain was rendered useless by 4 hours she might have some limited senses, by 10 hours she might be able to move and so on) although this does have a cost on memories and such
Despite all of that insane stuff they can still feel pain unless the head is removed (then they’re basically..sleeping, until a replacement is found or the 6 months is up)
Meat, of any type. Preferable fresh. Very very fresh.
She doesn’t dabble in human politics per say, but she holds the belief that humans should leave Ratrir land as “Ratrirs were here first.”
Ratrirs don’t really have major politics like humans do, though they have land claims, and allow passage to certain Ratrirs. Working for the humans, by default Saha doesn’t really use those passages since other Ratrir dislike how Saha is a ‘slave of man’ even though Saha dislikes her status.
Most likely agnostic, leaning over to atheist.
