Psychokinesis, 3 tattoos give him 3 extra superpowers:
Cloning- Ability to create clones connected to a hive mind. Takes immense willpower to control more than a few.
Telekinesis- Flight, power blasts, shockwaves, force-fields, being able to lift immensely heavy objects (usually a lot more than he would by using pure muscle power.) And, of course, moving things with his mind. Incredibly hard to do, could give him a seizure, but can bond or rip apart things at an atomic level.
Sound Manipulation- Ability to amplify, deaden, or otherwise warp sound waves
