Hands folded, chin slightly up, eyes half closed, serious demeanor in nearly any situation, and appears very strong and critical to her people.
To conquer territory so that her people, the Cauldron-Folk can have better lives. She hates the human rulers and kingdoms of Eastcastle and Northtide.
Whatever she hates, she gets rid of immediately from the entirety of her palace. She is consumed by hatred for the other human rulers of the world, for their people enjoy good lives while hers live in squalor under the baking sun and hard conditions of the Cauldron.
She hates humans from other kingdoms, and hates the other races and world leaders for not offering her any aid or allegiance. She tends to hate anyone who is not a Cauldron-Folk, or is not sympathetic towards Cauldron-Folk.
She is INCREDIBLY charismatic, to the point that she can get nearly any commoner to do nearly anything for even the opportunity to dine with her. Thus, she rarely has to engage in acts of evil herself.
Unbeknownst to anyone, Hera believes wholeheartedly in the good gods of the higher realms. She struggles to commit evil herself, because she is trying her best to preserve her own soul, but also wants to do right by her people, who chose her to lead them. She wrestles with wanting better for her people, and thinking that there is no way to do so but through violence. Part of her hates herself for it. She prays on occasion when she is alone.
Cold and harsh in one moment, to sweet and inviting the next depending on her needs. She is not the physically strongest, through she has a willpower that other's can feel when in the room with her.
Queen Lashmi is a cool and calculating leader who is willing to sacrifice and risk much to ensure her people have good lives. The last attempted ruler of the people of Bleakburn was pulled out into the streets and beaten to death by a large mob. Afterwards, it was Hera and her close friends who managed to pull things together.
She made relationships with other leaders, opened trade, and opened communications to try to get more arable land to grow into. Much of the cauldron is uninhabitable, and while she is aware of the history of the city, and of her people and culture, there is only so much future they will be able to have here.
Hera is forward thinking, always one step ahead of her advisors, who sometimes doubt her because of age, experience, and other reasons. The people generally adore her, having given them a sign of hope after the last reigning dynasty which worked people to the bone and hardly provided.
She is viewed by outsiders as being a vile temptress who consorts with witches and would bring about the conquest and destruction of the human kingdoms as they are known.
