Im Changkyun was born january 26 2133 in train station village of District 14 Zone #5 in a family of a scientist. his father is one of the most respectful scientists of the Zone, which favored Changkyun—privileges in eyes of the Confederation and ability to get into elite schools of District 2. his father frequently took him to D2 together and influenced him a lot—Changkyun had dreamed of becoming a scientist himself. he had fulfilled his dream partially, Wasteland labs being way less fancier but with the edge of having fun risking his life in the radioactive desert.
as Hyungwon reached Utgard, he was given the permission to revive any Helheim entity, which he used first as summoning Hoseok, then later the rest of their squad. Changkyun was assigned the role of an artifact dealer and Game judge—he watches over the Games for everyone to follow the rules and can give the Sowulo Dice to the players for a roll.

in Utgard knows most of Hyungwon's friends even though he rarely leaves Limbo. elven goddesses, especially Pisces, visit him frequently, which made them kind of friends. opposed to muses does not hate them back.
used to be really brainwashed even though he had experienced the bad end of Confederation's politics. always ignored all the illegal stuff his friends pulled off, but it took one event to ruin his trust in the system.
