Cole was born into the title of CARGO's main leader. He gained title at 16 from his dad. Two years later when he turned 18 his father died and he lost his eyesight because of Government Officials. When he was 54 he found Baby Caspian and decided to adopt and raise him. A year later he found a 7 year old Xandra and also adopted her. After a while more kids joined his little group so he made it the lead CARGO group. When Caspian turned 16 he turned over his title as CARGO leader to him.
