Syvis is a bit of an enigma much like her cousin Riker Millian. After he had established himself as part of the elven court and grew close to the King she showed up, claiming that her parents had sent her to stay with her cousin and assist him. Because of her tendency to be a bit clumsy it was thought that she may have been sent away so she was no longer embarrassing her family, but the truth remains unknown.

When Riker was killed during the events leading up to the fall of The Sovereign Galen there was nowhere for Syvis to go so she simply fled to points unknown, and to this day is still out there somewhere....
