Marianne is a very seductive and charming creature.
She uses this to lure in new servants when she wants more, or if she wants anything in general.
She is also "motherly" in some sort of way, but only towards Lawrence, Delaney, and Lamai, since she turned them.
She is also very thoughtful when she chooses to be.
When she chooses who to turn, it mostly depends on how their love life is going. If they're depressed because of their love life, she will turn them so they can live long enough to eventually find their soulmate. Like, she turned Lawrence because he married and divorced three times, she turned Delaney because he had a longing for his late wife, and she turned Lamai because she was going through some teen angst bullshit and Marianne took it a lil too seriously.
She also thinks ahead of time, using her abilities to manipulate plants and trees to hide the house her and the other three live in. If that doesn't work and they're still harassed by humans/vampire hunters, she will manipulate the wildlife (like bear, deer, wolves, etc) to distract or scare them away.

Always hid in the shadows growing up, unless she wants to eat.
She's owned her house since the Victorian age, explaining as to why it looks very old. She didn't start turning people into vampires until the late 1800's, so she was very lonely for the first hundred years.
Over the years, she's collected many human servants, promising them that she will turn them once they've fulfilled her needs, but she never does, and lets them grow old.
She currently lives with three other vampires, Lawrence, Delaney, and Lamai.
