Sandra Carol Bickley was born may 28th, 1972 to mother Jean MacCrumb and Dwight Bickley, a family living below the breadline at the outskirts of Helten Caster Community. Her mother, Jean, was mentally ill and could not work, so her father's job as a custodian was the only source of income to take care of her mother, herself, and her younger sister, Marilyn Bickley, who also struggled with mental health issues.
Despite her at-home situation, Sandra was very popular in school. She was pretty and friendly and a proud political activist, starting and captaining a school club for like-minded students to get involved in their community.
Entering high-school, Sandra began a relationship with childhood friend Samuel Angioli. However, by the time they reached senior year, Samuel's inability to be physical with Sandra lead to their rather ugly separation.
Shortly thereafter, a secret was unearthed which lead to the further destruction of her already unstable home-life.
Unbeknownst to anyone else, Sandra's father was a white-magic user who had failed to report himself to the government, and when an anonymous source reported him, he was arrested and removed from Helten to be held in a government facility, leaving his family without any information or aid.
Without Dwight's financial support, Jean and her two teenage children were uprooted and forced to relocate to Kentenna Caster Community, a poorer community with more affordable housing due to the high levels of crime. Shortly thereafter, Jean and Marilyn both began having a series of mental breakdowns, during which they'd nearly succumb to advanced magic rot and would have to be hospitalized to cure it time and time again, often leaving Sandra alone at home.
Feeling cheated and an intense hatred towards the government's treatment of casters in communities, Sandra began spending her share of the money she made working retail on hours at the internet café, reaching out to various anti-thomlin-law organizations and speaking of her outrage.
Eventually, through doing so, she made contact with a member of The Uncontained, who slowly, through many online conversations, filled her head with the rebel organization's ideals, which became more and more appealing overtime.
Eventually, she managed to convince representatives of the organization to meet with her at the community walls, where she offered them a prize in exchange for rescue from Kentenna and acceptance into The Uncontained: her sickly mother and sister for their witch-farming program. They rejected Jean, considering her too aged and unhealthy-- but happily took Marilyn.
So Sandra joined The Uncontained and eventually took a leadership role, overseeing a large amount of their witch-farms and even eventually convincing the organization's new leader Dr. Franklin Blythe to keep the program intact when he became hesitant.
Today, she lives in a secret, unregistered community near the Ontario/Quebec border as one of The Uncontained's most respected members and still pumps anonymous donations into anti-thomlin-law movements and caster-aid charities.
To this day, the disappearance of the Bickley sisters remains a well-known mystery in the area which the local Casting & Defense forces are still investigating...with no lead.
