Nat’s father, Reginald Windsor, was one of the most powerful people in the government. He neglected him and was left in the care of the maids and nannies as his mother died during childbirth. When he was five he studied to take over his father’s position when he grew up hoping to get his attention. After ten years of studying he realized how divided and ugly this world was. He brought it up to his father one night and had a huge fight about it. When Nat left his father did anything he could to erase the fact that he had a son. Nat left to start an organization against this unjust world. He managed to recruit a few people and found a nice hideout. He met Jill when he was trying to break into the archives. Jill agreed to help him out and was his first recruit and soon became the second in command. Alex was recruited a year later after he went to speak out about how the government left his sister to die. When Nat was twenty he saw a mother run away from the orphanage. There was a newborn baby crying. Nat quickly grabbed the baby so she wouldn’t learn to fall in line with the way things were. He took the baby to the hideout and realized how powerful of an asset she would be if the government has no record of her existing which was pretty likely seeing as how the mother looked younger than him. He named the girl Nelle and told her of this world that he was working to make. When he was twenty-five the group was doing pretty well and decided to do a bigger raid. He soon found that that was a reckless decision and the rebellion went from a group of fifty to a group of four Nelle, Jill, Alex, and himself. He knew they should lay low for a few years before recruiting he had to think about the future for Nelle who he considered his own child. The three raised Nelle together. When Nelle was fifteen he decided to pick up the rebellion again but this time be safer and more cautious. He was glad that Nelle wanted to help out with his plan but didn’t let her in much for her safety. When Nelle turned seventeen he allows her sneak out to recruit a girl younger than her.
