he looks kinda like he's wearing eyeliner, and he has teeth like a shark.

He hisses when he speaks, often sways his head back and forth(for no apparent reason), and fixes his bow tie with his tail even when it doesn't need fixing.

Unclear. His intentions appear to be good, but his motivation for them is... unknown.

He enjoys making people find out things using riddles or games. While Oiseau likes riddles, Oiseau doesn't like them to the extend that Mr. Snake does.
He doesn't express his opinion often, and can be overly optimistic in the face of a extremely bad situation. This normally isn't helpful.
Rarely, he thinks that Valentine should give up Wonderland, and gently pushes her to do so.

He thinks Oiseau is a tad annoying at times, and that Valentine can be impulsive and stubborn.
Not that he would say so out loud.

Riddles, Puzzles, Singing

Mr. Snake is far from the 'evil lying snake' stereotype. He is, in fact, rather polite and attempts to be gentle. He constantly has a enthusiastic and positive outlook, no matter the circumstance.
While he does have a small temper, he never yells or hurts anyone. He always tries to resolve conflicts peacefully- but he does understand that's not everyone's way of doing things.

He has a lil black top hat and bowtie.

He's in good health!
But just like Oiseau, his wounds heal strangely fast.

He seems semi-mentally sound-
then, not many people are in Wonderland.
