Pip has not yet grown enough to exhibit any permanent identifying marks. However, his 'crown' is finally starting to grow and the membrane seems to be sporting a spotted pattern
Pip either chortles or snorts before someone falls for his pranks and rolls around laughing when they succeed. his tails and wings become droopy when a prank fails or he gets scolded and when he flies it looks mostly like an uncoördinated bumblebee.
Their also very skittish and will often fly off wherever until they're tired without paying attention to where they're going.
their current motivations are either food based, sleep based or to play with the smaller, less dangerous creatures of the circus.
They also have the secret wish to become as elegant and skilled as their mother Ki-chin.
Like their mother, Pip has trouble understanding the borders between a fun prank and a dangerous trick as well as the time and place for things.
their skittishness often causes them to bump into things when fleeing or get completely lost. luckily they often forget to turn invisible so the circus people mostly have a rough idea of where they went and they have multiple skilled trackers.
mom can do anything
They're a fast flyer and seem to have some affinity for elemental magic besides illusionary magic as he can create a soft gust of wind or light the fire in a lantern.
playing pranks with mom/ Ki-chin
listening to and coming up with campfire stories
Pip is very lively and cheerful with a positive attitude but is easily startled as well. they're actually a coward as they stay away from anyone they're mother hasn't approved or isn't clearly as weak or weaker than them.
He can magically turn invisible along with whatever he is carrying at will.
he has also just learned to communicate with people telepathically over a distance of 60 ft. although the phrases are usually simple and soft. he also has an inherent resistance to magic and is busy learning about his breath weapon and the basic illusion spells from his mother. he has also mastered the produce flame cantrip which he learned from Rostal after nagging the minotaur for hours.
Pip finds almost everyone at the circus big, strange and scary.
Rostal: he likes Rostal as the minotaur often gives him sweets and gently polishes his scales when asked. The four big dinosaurs that live in his wagon are scary bit the fluffy small ones are fun to play with and snuggle up to at the end of the day.
Malin du Val: the blonde lady helps out with his magic lessons and he likes her songs, but her sudden movements and occasional loud voice often make him jump.
Ki-chin: he loves his mother, she's the best. He won't share her with anyone.
Pip vaguely remembers living in a small dark place that reeked of coal and was cold and damp. (the first month or so of his life) Most of their life was spend traveling with the circus and playing with the small fluffy dinosaurs
Being a tiny, ambitious dragon, Pip has started to gather things for their hoard although they're still unsure what exactly they like, (Ki-chin specializes in 2 specific things.) their hoard currently consists of the following things for the most part: feathers, pine cones, colourful/shiny candy wrappers, seeds, sparkly rocks, handkerchieves and torn circus pamphlets.
