Wayne wants to be useful again. When he was discharged from the military he felt like he was nothing. He joined the force to put his skills to good use.

Now he wants to be a good cop and make a difference.

Wayne is the detective hunting the Rogues Gallery.
Wayne is an ex-soldier who joined the force to feel needed again. He quickly outgrew being a beat cop and rose up to detective.

Wayne tries to focus on following the rules, it's what the military taught him. But in the situation he's put in it soon begins to test whether or not he's a good person or a good cop. He has to bend the rules and do what he thinks is right.

Wayne doesn't exactly want to put the Rogues away like common criminals. He gets that they are just kids and wants to help put them on the straight and narrow through the legal system.

He wears a standard black suit.
