Moved around growing up. Has lived in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Texas, Oklahoma, California, and finally settled in Seattle, Washington. Had Lyyn at 22, lived a happy, good life with her child and husband until he died thirteen years after Lyyn's birth. Raised Lyyn on her own after that, kept Armin's wedding ring. Became depressed for a while and recovered from her grief, though she still thinks of him every day. Lives on her own in Lyyn's childhood home. Lyyn visits often, works at nearby hospital.
