Interpretations vary.

Commonly, The Red Mountain is never seen fully. Only his back, the mountains are seen. TRM is described in writing as a beast with the face of a reptile, and very muscular body. It stands on two massive legs and is paired with large arms, sporting a long tail with spikes. The creature is said to have set cities and forests on fire, melting away at people and animals alike and causing the clouds and water to vanish before it, just by walking to it. It radiates extreme heat. Such a power would prove to be deadly in today’s world. While this is the most common view of it, other interpretations are gaining favour.

Other interpretations involve a beast of indescribable colour and form, or even one that appears to be a normal being - just infected, used by TRM.

Some writings even state its impossible for anyone to visualize TRM, and people have gone mad just at the concept trying to figure out what it is and what it looks like.

Presumably a lot.

Said to be 8000 metres tall when standing up fully, but in drawings Red Mountain is drawn slightly hunched over, so it is assumed somewhat less.
