Chronokinesis - He can travel back to any given point in order to be in several places at once. He can also slow time in a 2 meter radius from where he stands.
Hypnosis - He can get away with doing dangerous things by making people forget he was involved.
Chronokinesis - He sometimes forgets which time he is in and risks revealing the future.
Hypnosis - The more he uses it the more it drains him.
