Reading
Betty is more on the shy side. She tends to refrain from doing certain things, but deep down she really wants to do them but her shyness acts like a barrier. Besides that, she's thoughtful, insightful, and open-minded. She likes to look through yearbooks and photo albums since she likes the feeling of nostalgia. It just makes her warm inside. She can easily read between the lines, but she wouldn't call someone out on it unless she really needs to. She's supportive of anyone's decision and opinion, and she's also one who believes that there's some good in everyone. When she does open up and befriend someone, she'll speak more but her voice would still be little and quiet. She'll also feel like she'll be allowed to talk about things she likes and does. Sometimes, she'll ramble on about something and then she'll get embarrassed and apologize for it. She can also tend to be pretty stubborn at times and she cries a little too easily.

Freshman in college
Betty grew up shy and reserved because of her parents, since they were protective over her and since she's an only child. They stopped being like that once she got into highschool, but of course that didn't make Betty's shyness go away. She never really got bullied or bothered because of her quiet and passive nature, she would actually get approached by some people. She was always a very studious and smart girl, so she got to skip a grade in elementary school. So she graduated highschool at 16 and went straight to college. Now, she goes to the same college as Kenny and Katie. She's majoring in English, but she's getting tutored in Calculus by Kenny. She's also one of Katie's roommates. On Fridays, she goes to GOH and tutors anyone who need help writing essays, book reports, poems, anything like that.
She draws sometimes, usually when she's bored. She's also too nervous to show anyone her drawings when they ask if they can see them.
She's left-handed.
