Generalized Anxiety- He's had it since he was little. There was no real trigger that made his first symptoms appear, but his father berating him for something he couldn't help made matters worse. He has anxiety attacks fairly often, and he's generally very worried and pessimistic. He is also often revved up (racing heart and thoughts, etc) and because of it can have trouble sleeping properly.

Technically, he's overweight, but it doesn't really have any bearing on his health. It has more to do with how he's built than how healthy he is.
