Colin has Autism. It makes him good at his job but not the greatest socially.

Colin wants to fit in and be good at what he does. Having Autism he knows that he has to try harder at everything he does otherwise he just won't stay afloat. At the same time he doesn't see his Autism as a weakness too much but when he was a kid he was bullied largely and doesn't want to be the odd one out ever again.

Colin can sometimes be too distant or too open making for awkward conversation.

Colin is very committed to his job as a field agent despite being new to it. He is a talented annalist. He is good at listening to information and compiling it. He can be a good actor at times he was taught by his therapist to act normal. So when he tells people he's autistic they hardly notice.

Colin is a surprisingly good fighter. He picked it all up from basic training but due to his commitment he trains every week and is very good at his job.
He was taught to stick to a regime and since all of these things are involved in his job he decided to try and excel in all areas.

Colin is like a machine. He has Autism but this allows him to commit to his job harder than most people in his field. He isn't the best socially sometimes not reading a room or unintentionally offending or annoying people.
He can be easily disturbed if he doesn't stick to his strict schedule or if someone disturbs him.

Colin has mostly middle grounded opinions based off facts. He doesn't let people call him racist or sexist since he does not believe in abusing people based on such things he just sticks to the facts. He believes the government is necessary but does not always agree with it.

Colin is Maria Stone's partner and is on the "Wraith killer" case with her and is determined to stop the psycho killer.
