Arcade certainly isn't reserved, but he tends to take a position or silent observation. Though he isn't nearly as idealistic as he seen being 6 years before, the idealist spark still resides within him and he continues to hold a strong moral disposition. This isn't to say that he's naive, rather, the harsh environment of the wastes and his travels with the revered (and feared) Courier 6 has turned an optimistic man with a mission to help those in need to a steely doctor who's spark is hidden behind a clinical view on the world. He'll more than likely be written as much more of a realist than an optimist. He's still kind, however, and is still willing to give.

Arcade, though less so since 2263, remains motivated to support and help the weary and beaten-down of the wastes. He travels with and is sworn to protect his boss and best friend, the courier.

Arcade tends to disregard the emotional part of both himself and others, which can actually be quite harmful to his judgement as sometimes the logical answer is not the correct answer. He also has a difficult time accepting that he's not always the smartest in the room.
