Husk is callous and cruel. He believes Neo-Humans shouldn't suffer to man like the second generation will now. He believes if they allow themselves to become a minority they will be weaker and always a minority. He wants to make Neo-Humans the majority or just better than humans. If that means making the first few generations all weapons for a war he intends to start then so be it. He cares about his species but goes too far in trying to better his people. He works with the new Facility to work in the field with a team. He covers several special ops, kidnapping the kids, killing the right people, hunting down the trio from the main story.

Husk has bone protrusion powers. He can grow out bones from his body and use them as weapons and unbreakable armour. So far nothing has been able to break throught the bones he creates.
In his time in the Facility however he was given an exoskeleton body keeping most of his body safe inside. The exoskeleton was designed to work with his powers so he can still protrude bones from it and creates better armour around himself making himself almost invulnerable.
