Because of his and his brother's "fame" around the castle, Fred can get a little egotistic sometimes, but usually, Angelina or Alicia will be there to bring him back down. He can be hotheaded as well, especially when he gets defensive.

Fred is a very friendly person, making friends easily through his humour. He is also extremely creative when it comes to mischief. He is an intelligent individual, though this usually shines through his pranks rather than his grades.

Being a teenage boy, one of Fred's favourite things to do is eat, which is good, since Rosalie loves to bake. He also loves exploring the castle and grounds with his friends and brother. Pranking is probably his favourite hobby, but he also finds Quidditch to be quite relaxing sometimes.

Though no one in his family (aside from his twin) would believe him, Fred is mediocre at Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts, Transfiguration being his strong suit. He is also very creative with the pranks he and his brother come up with and loves to play Beater in Quidditch.

Fred's family has a long history with the Slytherins, so he's rather prejudiced against them. He is okay with Sophie Williams and usually he doesn't go looking for a fight with Sophie's housemates, but he won't back away from one either.

Fred's motivations include a strong love for his family and friends as well as a love of mischief. Despite his chaotic tendencies, he hates doing badly in his classes and does try in most of them, no matter what his family thinks.

Fred will start tapping his foot or fingers on the nearest surface when he gets anxious. He also gets a little jumpy when nervous, and if he's embarrassed or frustrated, his ears get a little red.

Fred was born to Arthur and Molly Weasley. His magical abilities showed at the typical average age. He used the abilities to irritate his older brothers, Percy especially. When his little sister was born, both Fred and his twin were very protective of her, though they kind of hid those older brother tendencies. Growing up in a large family surrounded by the Muggle world, Fred never really had or needed any friends, though he soon realized how much he needed the two others he met on the boats.
