Stephen is a people pleaser, but to the point where he feels the need to please everyone. He's charming, affable, and innovative, and is always improving the business left to him. He keeps up an almost constant smile to hide just how scared he is of the other (older) powerful people, since he is still a kid after all. He tends to come off as a bit ditzy, and quite selfish and self-centered.
